Your Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building strong client relationships. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue generation. Your efforts will be instrumental in expanding our reach, supporting our clients, and creating lasting value across the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and strategies for market penetration and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor business solutions to meet them effectively.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align business strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business plans.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree/MBA may be preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
  • Flexibility to travel, if required, to meet clients or explore new markets.
  • Well organized and responsible with an Aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
