Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on Visualization and Branding. In this role, you will lead design projects that aim to create engaging, visually striking, and user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for establishing visual language, and design systems, and ensuring consistency across all branding touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that user interfaces are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Develop design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams to integrate visual design solutions with technical feasibility.
  • Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and branding assets.
  • Own and drive the visualization aspect of design projects, focusing on both aesthetics and user experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers while promoting best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Ensure the design work is consistent with branding guidelines and contributes to the evolution of the company’s visual identity.

Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a specialization in Visualization and Branding.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work in visual design, UI/UX, and branding projects.
  • Expertise in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design practices.
  • Ability to create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Experience in leading design teams or mentoring junior designers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and design consistency, with a passion for creating high-quality visual experiences.
