Business Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a technology-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team
- Assist in creating wireframes, workflows, and mockups in collaboration with UI/UX designers
- Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to improve processes and system performance
- Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch review
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during implementation
- Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Identify and track project KPIs and performance metrics
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within Agile/Scrum teams
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver project updates
What we're looking for
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data interpretation, and process mapping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
