What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Create user-centric UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications
- Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for improved usability
- Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and interaction patterns
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior and data to inform design decisions
- Guide and mentor junior designers—review their work, provide constructive feedback, and support their growth
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
What we're looking for
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in working with agile teams and design handoffs
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, creativity, and problem-solving
