Visual Designer
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team at 12Grids.
As a Visual Designer, you’ll bring concepts to life across digital platforms, shape compelling brand visuals, and ensure a strong visual language across all touchpoints.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, social media, emailers, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric digital experiences.
- Transform ideas, wireframes, and briefs into compelling and polished visual designs.
- Craft visually consistent elements such as icons, illustrations, banners, layouts, and logos for client projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal brand initiatives.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative and innovative visual solutions.
- Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as a Visual Designer. (Internship or freelance experience also considered.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio that reflects creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across digital design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visually engaging outputs.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills.
