What does 12Grids do?
We are a full-service digital partner across three disciplines - Design, Develop and Market - with an AI practice (AXon) built into everything we ship. We work with enterprises, governments and startups.
How long has 12Grids been around?
We have been designing, building and growing digital products for 18 years, from a small Mumbai studio to a team of around 300 across six offices.
Where are your offices?
Mumbai (HQ), Bangalore, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad in India, plus Vancouver in Canada and New Jersey/Delaware in the USA.
What certifications and recognitions do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (information security), GDPR readiness, Great Place To Work certification, and DPIIT recognition in India.
Are you part of a larger group?
Yes - 12Grids is part of the Tantragyan Group. Our purpose, values and philosophy come from that shared foundation: simplify and innovate, while empowering individuals and communities.
Do you build your own products, or only client work?
Both. We run five SaaS products - EventAxis, Edge CRM, Ecommerce Pulse, TicketProX and Samvad AI - which keeps us honest as builders, not just a services shop.
