Designing digital simplicity for India's cultural treasure.
A unified ticketing experience - website, kiosk and the integrations behind them - for one of India's great museums, the CSMVS in Mumbai.

A world-class collection, a queue at the door.
The CSMVS holds some of India's most important art and artefacts. But buying a ticket meant queues, paper and confusion - a clunky first impression for visitors arriving from across the country and the world, each in their own language.
We designed one calm, multilingual ticketing experience - online and on-site kiosks - and wired the integrations so a booking made anywhere works everywhere. Knowledge is free; we just made it easy to walk in.
Three things between a visitor and the galleries.
Buying a ticket meant waiting in line and filling forms - a slow, dated welcome for a visit meant to feel special.
One calm flow, in everyone's language.
A multilingual booking experience that works the same on the website and the on-site kiosks, with a single ticketing core behind it. Simple enough for a first-time visitor; robust enough for a peak-weekend crowd.

Explore the work, discipline by discipline.
Book in a minute, from anywhere.
A mobile-first flow - pick visitors, pick a slot, pay, and get a QR ticket by email and message. Designed so anyone can complete it on the first try.

One kiosk. Every visitor's language.
Switch languages to see the welcome reflow - exactly as it does on the kiosks at the museum.
Web, kiosk and the gallery.
A rolling montage of the booking experience and the museum. Hover to pause, click to zoom.
A simpler way in.
The real review is at the gate.
“I booked in my own language at the kiosk and walked straight in - no queue, no confusion.”
